Returns

We hope you love your No.64 pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return by contacting hello@no64store.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For online orders where you change your mind, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund until the items arrive safely back at our store. Alternatively, you can return your online purchase to our physical shop completely free of charge. Please note that if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will fully cover or reimburse all return costs.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original packaging where possible. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover the return postage costs in these circumstances.
