Three small things for the evening everyone deserves once a week. Hair up in silk, hands soft with something rich and a little indulgent, and a square or two of chai caramel chocolate while the kettle boils.

The scrunchie is Jo's oversized silk design in navy with a scatter of stars, gentle enough to sleep in. The hand cream is built around orchid and lotus wood, with vanilla, sandalwood and a trace of dark chocolate underneath. The chocolate tastes like a chai latte with a ribbon of caramel through it.

We put these three together because they're the kind of things people rarely buy for themselves. That's what makes them a good gift.

  • Hand cream: orchid and lotus wood with ylang, bergamot and truffle, over vanilla, sandalwood, vetiver and dark chocolate.
